Introduction
Looking for people who like to kayac and won't mind having a senior citizen tag along with them, I might be slow, but I get there slowely but surely. Don' t expect to keep up with the 20, 30, 40 year olds and hope I don't slow them down to much.
Any paddling experience, even distant past? And in what - canoe, kayak, other?
Had previous experience in canoe paddeling, all the way back to the mid 50s where I learned to paddle with the YMCA and the boy scouts here in Nashville. Have canoed all over the world where ever I was stationed in the military for 30 years. No previous Kayac experience. I have been out 5 times now, and it is completly different from canoeing.
If you can do ?? after the lesson you will feel like your money was well spent.

What motivates you to take the lesson?
I believe in learning how to do it right, right from the start, wish I had had a chance to take lessons before I bought my kayac. Still haven' t figured an easy way to get in and out of the kayac. It's not like a canoe.
What works best for you - evenings during the week, Saturday, Sunday? Please list all.

Hey JP - the paddle is not tomorrow we did it today...sorry for any confusion. We did that today at the very last minute after finishing the stream clean up. When I posted in (in a hurry) I didn't notice it said Sunday in the title - I caught it right away and changed it to Saturday. It said Sunday for about 5 minutes - that must have been when you signed up...we'll do it again after some more rain.

Hello JP this beginner's kayak trip is fro all of our new kayakers who's never kayaked, this will be a trip for them to learn and exp. our river paddle etc.
