Introduction

I find the outdoors refreshing and stress-free from daily living. A day on the water has a calming effect on the mind and body.

Any paddling experience, even distant past? And in what - canoe, kayak, other?

No paddling experience whatsoever! Yikes!!!

If you can do ?? after the lesson you will feel like your money was well spent.

If I can just enjoy the experience while learning the basics of kayaking, then I will be pleased.

What motivates you to take the lesson?

I want to build confidence on the water and enjoy nature on my own schedule.

What works best for you - evenings during the week, Saturday, Sunday? Please list all.

Hi Missy, I thought I remembered the name...I feel like a new person. I spent 2 years in college getting 2 degrees and had little time for my Happy Hour group or anything else. "Welcome...FYI, my husband and I ride when we take the notion, lol. Usually, we ride or walk the stretch of the Greenway between Percy Priest Dam and Shelby Park or Shelby Bottoms just because it is convenient for us. As the weather cools we will be extending our ride. We are looking forward to heading downtown for lunch at the Arcade:)

Hi Missy, Yep... I'm bringing the dice. LRC and 10,000.
This time we'll be playing with QUARTERS. Whoever wins the pot can use the money for their next drink. $6 of quarters is enough to play about 5-8 rounds. LOL I'll bring plenty of Quarters for anyone who wants to buy a roll from me. We will also play for chips and points
