Introduction
Hello, we are Michael and Karen Price. We have been married for 24 yrs. We are recent empty nesters and look forward to persuing kayaking.
Any paddling experience, even distant past? And in what - canoe, kayak, other?
Michael has spent minimal time paddling using a canoe and jon boat. As a child, I paddled several times throughout a couple of summers in a rubber raft - that was a long time ago and I have selective memory - I remember paddling alot but I bet my dad would say otherwise.
If you can do ?? after the lesson you will feel like your money was well spent.
Enter/Exit a sit on top kayak, proper techniques for navigating kayak, safety, load/unload and I would like to understand which kayaks would best suit our needs.
What motivates you to take the lesson?
Need to learn the basics to see if kayaking is our new found hobby.
What works best for you - evenings during the week, Saturday, Sunday? Please list all.
Saturday Afternoons would be best for us due to the fact that we live approximately 4 hrs. away.
