Any paddling experience, even distant past? And in what - canoe, kayak, other?
Lots of conoe experience including white water and water falls. I have had kayak lesson but little experience. it would be helpful to review and practice skills again.
If you can do ?? after the lesson you will feel like your money was well spent.
Confidently kayak white water rivers and roll...

Have conoed and rafted for years and want to move up the challenge!
