Duck (not Stones) River Paddle
[UPDATE] Spent the evening scouting the Stones...not good. We'll do the Duck River instead. It's a little bit more of a drive but when all else fails, the Duck can be counted on to paddle. The updated address is where we'll meet; from there we'll caravan to the put-in. Sorry for any inconvenience!

You've asked for it, here it is - a great paddle for beginning paddlers! This six mile long paddle is perfect for priming your muscles.
Here's an updated map for the meeting location for the Duck River. It's Love's Truck Stop off of Exit 46 on I-65. Love's Truck Stop
Bring something to drink, shoes that can get wet and lunch. We'll eat lunch on the riverbank.
I've got four boats to rent for $20, first come first serve. It'll be on the honor system - if you say you'll be there, I'll trust that you will. If you nab one of the boats and have to change your RSVP, please do so by Wednesday before the paddle.

If anyone found my camera, please let me know. It was in a purple dry box just a little bit bigger than the camera and got lost during the take out. It's got some very sentimental family pics on it that I can't replace and hadn't been downloaded yet.

Karen's camera was found - yeah!! When loading boats after a lesson, it became unlodged from where ever it was hiding in the boat she used on the Duck. Happy (early) Birthday, Karen!
