Let's begin your kayaking years with three hours of kayak lessons. You will learn to control and navigate a kayak where you want it to go, paddling safety, Universal River Signals, how to load and unload a boat, what to buy and not buy, and hot tips on kayaking. Boat and all gear provided for lesson at no extra charge. Children ages 8+ welcome to attend.
What to bring: Something to drink, shoes that can get wet and comfortable clothes

Todd HuntIt was definitely worth the money and the time. Leslie was a great instructor. If you are just getting into the sport, I'd highly recommend it even if you have basic skills. The opportunity to paddle different equipment before purchasing your own gear is worth the investment
